Finca Los Agaves is a farm located on the Central Coast of California that produces heritage pork, pasture raised lamb and beef, free range eggs, and fruit, among other things. Previously known as Windrose Farm, the Welches recently took over and continue to embrace the strong heritage of the land while growing new plants (like agave) as well as offering on-farm education and events that showcase how special and important small farms are to the communities they are a part of. The brand was inspired by a family road trip through Mexico which fueled their passion for agave spirits, an offering they will produce in the years to come.
