Quang is a family run Vietnamese Restaurant that has proudly stood on Eat Street in Minneapolis since 1939. While I was working on all of the branding and print updates, their physical space underwent an entire renovation in 2018. From old to new, complete with the same charm that makes this place such a local staple. A fun note: The noodle bowl mark, pictured above, has seven lines coming out of the bowl (including the chopsticks), all of which represent a member of the family that runs this business.
